VitaJewel
VitaJewel is by far one of my favourite products! If you are a gemstone / crystal enthusiast, you will need to check this product out. All products are handcrafted and the glass is hand blown out of Germany. These truly are works of art for your drinking water. I love them so much, that I am not actually an affiliate, instead I signed up to be a retailer. So you can buy them both in person or on my online store.
Femometer
Femometer has some amazing products. My favourite is there ring! It is what I use to track my cycle. If you are someone who is looking for a great way to track your cycle and your temperature with ease, then I highly recommend these products.
I love the Femometer Ovulation ring. It is what I use. My only complaint would be that they only have 3 sizes. I personally have the size 7 and it is a bit too small, but I just wear it above my knuckle and it still works great.
If you like using a thermometer to track your BBT (Basal Body Temperature), this is an amazing thermometer that links all your data to an easy to use app.
Tempdrop
Are you looking for an easy way to track your temperature for cycle charting and fertility? Check out Tempdrop. An easy way to track your basal temperature without the worry of a scheduled routine. Simply wear the Tempdrop arm band to bed and it will track your temperature for you while you sleep and store it in an easy to use app.
First Moon Manual: Letters to Our Daughters
This book is a MUST have for every teen girl. It is so beautifully put together with some much love added to each page. Jessica Medellin truly made the most special gift by creating this manual. (in case you missed it, listen to my episode on the podcast with Jessica where we talk about the inspiration for this book).

I love Kate Northrup’s programs. In fact ever sense I discovered her a few years ago, I have become obsessed with what she has to share with the world. She is a leader in women’s empowerment and healing your relationship with money on a deep nervous system level. It shocks me that I only discovered her a few years ago!
