  • I do deeply believe that when we start to living in alignment with our different phases and start living cyclically, our body registers this shift and our hormones can begin to balance. However, this course is designed less on healing the cycle and more on teaching you about your cycle phases and we can use this knowledge to feel better all month long. If you need help in healing your cycle and menstrual conditions, you may want to look into my Unlock Your Womb 1:1 Coaching.

  • No worries! All zoom calls will be recorded for replay availability. Each month will have 2 group Coaching / Q&A calls, for these, you can submit your questions ahead of time for me to answer on the zoom call and then watch the replay for the answer.

  • Yes! This program is guaranteed to help those who are brand new to understanding their hormones and cycle and to also helping those who have been on the deep dive of learning and investigating their menstrual cycle.

  • I get it!

    The pre-recorded videos are 15-20 min. long. Each module will have 5 videos - an introduction to the topic and then a video for each phase of your cycle. It is encouraged to just watch the video of the phase of your cycle you are in that week. Then on the next week watch that phase’s video.

    As for our live calls on zoom, week one is give you hormone hacking tips to help you thrive. The other two weeks are just Q&A calls to help keep you motivated and answer any questions that are stumping you. These calls are not mandatory for success, they are just extra’s to help you implement these strategies into your life.

    And don’t forget all the recorded material is also in just an audio form on a private podcast. So if time is an issue, just listen to the podcast as you are running around doing your errands.

  • Most definitely! If you have an irregular cycle or have had a hysterectomy, I have a video in the course to guide you though how to live cyclically and put into practice what you are learning. Plus, you have 3 group zoom calls with me each month and can ask questions during those calls to help you if you are feeling unsure.
