Episode 26: My 3 Tips to Avoiding Burnout This Summer

Summer time…the never ending list of places to be and things to do!

Let’s be real, summer is a whole lot of fun that often results in burnout.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but there are ways we can jump with two feet without feeling destroyed by the end of it.

In this episode we are going to look at my 3 tips to keep you enjoying all that summer has to offer while meeting your body with what it needs to regulate and stay balanced.

  1. Get creative on who you can still honour your cyclical rhythm while doing all the fun things of summer

  2. Really embrace the fullness of summer for what it does for your system (body, mind, spirit)

  3. Show gratitude for the amazing adventure, but create the exit strategy to bring life back into balance after the fun

So, go have fun and enjoy the earth’s version of ovulation!
