Episode 11: Don’t Work Harder, Work Cyclically

Let the old saying “Work hard and it will pay off” be thrown out with yesterday’s garbage.

💥 Women don’t need to work harder, we need to work cyclically! 💥

What does this look like? Well it starts by knowing our cycle and feeling into the shifts in our energy, our motivation, and how the tasks we are drawn to do shift depending on what season we are in.

Each of our seasons brings a skill set that helps us work more efficiently, more creatively, and with more precision when we tap into that seasons strength rather than always powering through to meet a 40 hour work week requirement.

So how do we do this? Listen to this weeks episode where I will share the strengths that lie in each phase of our cycle and help you begin to think outside the box of how we can work more cyclically in our jobs.
