Fertility struggles can be such a crippling and defeating journey to be on. Partially this is due to us never being taught about all the resources that are at our finger tips.

Instead we sit in a broken state until we cannot bear it, we go to the doctor and get more bad news and then we just pray that something with change without knowing where to seek that change.

In this episode I am going to share 3 tips on how you can start to shift from defeated on your fertility journey to feeling supported and back in a state of hope. You are far from broken, you just need the right tools to feel different and to know that you have choice.
