Period shame is a real thing!

So many of us women feel shame around bleeding and feel guilt for needing rest and downtime during our Inner Winter. Why is this? Why do we fight against what our body needs?

In today’s episode, we are diving deep into this conversation. We explore what is period shame, how this is a wound created by the systems we live in, and what we can do about it.
