As a Certified Women's Hormone Health Practitioner (IMH-C) and hormone coach, I specialize in supporting women in their 30s and 40s who are navigating PMS, perimenopause, HPA axis dysfunction, and stress-driven adrenal depletion. Through my 1:1 coaching program, The Hormone Reset, guide women through my signature Hormone R.E.S.T. Method, —a four-phase framework designed for midlife women experiencing PMS, perimenopause symptoms, HPA axis dysfunction, adrenal fatigue patterns, and stress-driven burnout. This work runs alongside your medical or therapeutic care, helping your clients integrate the “how” of hormonal healing into their actual lives. This method is built on four essential phases:

  • Recover – Reset their rhythm & decode their hormones
    We begin with cycle tracking, symptom mapping, and nervous system check-ins to identify patterns in PMS, luteal-phase mood shifts, sleep disruption, and perimenopausal changes. Together, we reset their daily rhythm so they stop overriding their body and start working with it.

  • Embody – Regulate & restore the nervous system
    HPA axis dysfunction and adrenal depletion are stress stories as much as hormone stories. In this phase, we use nervous system regulation tools, somatic practices, and rest-based rituals to move them out of survival mode so their hormones can actually respond to treatment.

  • Sync – Strategically support hormones & adrenal health
    Here we look at cortisol, insulin, and sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), and how they interact through the HPA axis. I use cycle syncing, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle hormone hacks to support PMS symptoms, perimenopause transitions, blood sugar balance, and adrenal recovery.

  • Thrive – Integrate cyclical, hormone-aligned living
    Finally, we weave these tools into their everyday life—creating hormone-informed rhythms around work, parenting, relationships, and self-care so they maintain hormonal balance long-term instead of swinging between “fine” and “burnt out” every month.
