What Your Womb Wants You to Know

Did you know that each phase of your cycle has a unique message that your body is asking you to tap into and integrate into each day?

They're simple, but yet PROFOUND in seeking balance.

❄️ Winter (menstruation) is whispering "SURRENDER." During this time our body really wants us to let go...let go of expectations, release held emotions, and allow all layers of the body to empty. When we release and surrender, we allow space for a new beginning to arise.

☔️ Spring (follicular) is nudging you to "CHERISH YOURSELF." Your womb is reminding you to ease back into the demands of the outside modern world. Its encouraging you to step forward in this new cycle with your needs and desires as being met before falling into patterns of doing for others. Take it slow and come to a place of remembrance of what your wishes are for yourself.

😎 Summer (Ovulation) is instigating pleasure and fun, encouraging you with the message of "CELEBRATE & PLAY." Our body wants us to move, to be seductive, and to feel the pleasure of living life to its fullest.

🍁 Fall (Luteal) is sitting you down and being blunt by telling you "it's time to evaluate and release what is not working." Your womb wants you to organize and tend to what needs to be completed so that you can close of this cycle. It is this act that sets you up for the release needed as we cycle back into our winter.

How you tend to these messages is what makes this experience unique to your rhythm, your cycle, your body.

I encourage you to play with this through your next cycle and see how you feel.
