Episode 66: Embracing Deep Rest


Raise your hand if you have ever hit a rough patch in life where motivation and drive have been sucked out of every cell of your body!

In today’s episode I share my own journey of navigating deep rest and surrendering to stillness in order to fuel my creativity and find new inspiration. I am not talking about taking a day or two off, but rather listen to my body and slowing down for what has turned into a few months for me.

This journey has been filled with fears, deep realizations about my addition to hustle culture, and some beautiful joyful moments of coming home to myself.

In life we need these longer inner winter moments to rebound and align to who we truly want to be. My hope is that by hearing this episode you too will feel inspired to embrace rest when it knocks on your door.
